Budget Spreadsheet
In this assignment, we researched the average median salary for our choice of career. We then calculated our anual and monthly net pay and created a monthly budget based off of that salary. This was a way to give us an idea of what our budget might look like in the future.
Post Secondary/College Research Questions
In this assignment, we explored potential colleges. We looked on the college websites as well as other resources to give us a better idea of whether or not these schools would be a good fit for us. We considered all of the aspects of college and really went in depth during our research.
Budget Reflection
In this assignment, we reflected on our budget and whether or not it was what we expected. We considered how we might be able to make our budgets work for us, and whether or not our salary would be enough for the type of lifestyle that we would want to have.
Post Secondary Reflection
In this assignment, we reflected on our two college choices that we had researched previously. We chose one out of the two that would be the better choice for us, and gave reasons as to why one was better than the other. We also determined whether these schools would be "safety", "middle of the road", or "reach schools" and why. All of the research helped us get a better idea of what we should be looking for in a college.
